The Roche employee-led Wellbeing team has secured the IBEC KeepWellbeing accreditation for the Irish affiliate. The organisation was the first pharmaceutical company in Ireland to receive this accreditation in 2019 and is regarded as an industry leader when it comes to employee wellbeing.
By participating in the IBEC KeepWell initiative the organisation is enabled to offer a wellbeing initiative that is rooted in wellbeing best practice. It provides a clear roadmap of what is needed to do as an organisation to support and enhance employee wellbeing.
Participation in this initiative would not be possible without our employee volunteers who dedicate their time (on top of their day job) to make Roche a great place to work.
