Our local People & Culture team have secured a new offering for our employees - an annual health check. Employees have the option of selecting 1 health check in 2024. Options include a basic health check or menopause health check.
The basic health check is a proactive health and lifestyle assesment that provides a holistic view of overall health for all colleagues.
The menopause health check allows employees to access a multidisciplinary women’s healthcare team to help with perimenopause or menopause symptoms. Over 40% of our employee base is currently navigating perimenopause or menopause symptoms and this offering is a direct response to employee feedback and insights.
