We believe it’s urgent to deliver medical solutions right now – even as we develop innovations for the future. We are passionate about transforming patients’ lives. And we believe that good business means a better world. That is why we come to work each day. At Roche’s Irish office is in Citywest, a team of over 80 people specialise in medical affairs, market access, marketing, finance, administration, sales and HR. Colleagues join the team from around the world and from diverse backgrounds.
We are proud of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. Since 2008, Roche has given over €6.9 million in grants and donations to Irish groups and organisations that support patients and are working for a healthier world.1 Roche has also spent €2.7 million supporting Irish clinical trials as we seek to find new ways to help people live longer, healthier lives.2 Roche has brought nine new medicines to patients in Ireland since 2013 and continues to work with Irish health authorities to give Irish patients the best possible access to new and innovative medicines.3
Our people and our business play a key role in providing healthcare professionals and patients in Ireland with access to Roche's innovative pharmaceutical treatments. Our ethos is to put the patient at the heart of everything that we do, a way of working that has become synonymous with Roche in Ireland.
We help to provide educational opportunities for healthcare workers through support for local and national speaker meetings or national congresses. We also partner with a range of stakeholder groups, such as patient organisations, to ensure patients have the information they need to understand their medical conditions better. We will continue to work with the HSE to ensure that eligible patients have access to the medicines they need.
