We recognise that we need to help and develop those with potential for future technical or leadership roles so that we will have the right people, with the right competencies in the right roles to ensure future success for our organization and the satisfaction of employees.
Therefore we provide support for a personal development process as employees develop using realistic approved studies that enhance their effectiveness in current positions or prepare them for positions of enlarged responsibilities.
In addition to technical experience and training we also support employees who wish to further their academic careers through our Tuition Fees Reimbursement Scheme.
Development planning is a shared responsibility of employees and managers. Every employee's development plan should be based on the framework of the required skills and competencies for the role.
Our programs focus on the development of technical and professional skills, interpersonal skills, management and leadership capabilities and use the full range of development activities from informal collective learning activities, apprenticeships, coaching as well as formal continuous educational opportunities whenever possible.
